GENTLE YOGA
All Levels (Beginner's Welcome!)

This is a Hatha based Yoga taught in an atmosphere that is non-competitive, honors your limits, and protects your injuries. Poses are demonstrated in several options and modifications, so you can choose a pose that best suits your body and mind. We will ease aching muscles, increase mobility, flexibility, and strength. It is relaxing and deeply rejuvenating.
CARDIO FLOW FUSION
Set to a mix of upbeat music, this fun & challenging class will combine cardio movements, yoga to stretch & tone muscles and core strengtheners to tighten your mid section. Achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning fun!
CORE FOCUSED FLOW
Enjoy a balanced class beginning with gentle warm ups, heat building sun salutations & fluid corework. Expect to build strength, but without the endless crunches or sit-ups. Instead, dynamic movements including mat work, weights and balancing sequences will leave you feeling refreshed, in touch with your breath, and strong.
ROCK YOUR BODY
Set to a rock n roll soundtrack this class uses blends yoga to stretch and strengthen, mixed with Pilates & Barre based movements to build strength. You will tone your entire body as well as improve range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture, and abdominal strength.
Want to get your body stronger and looking good? Then this class is for you!
HOUR OF POWER YOGA
This Vinyasa Flow (Power Yoga) class is designed for those who enjoy a really good workout and also are looking to have a relaxing yoga class. Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga based on moving with the breath. Attention is paid to building strength and endurance in core muscles while incorporating strength, balance, and flexibility. It stimulates the mind and restores and shapes the body.
BARRE
Barre is a fusion of Pilates, dance & yoga choreographed to music. It is a fun, energizing workout at the ballet barre that will lift, tone and sculpt as well as define and strengthen your core muscles. A total body challenge that’s safe, unique and an engaging way to get in shape!
